Yamaha FZ8, A New Definition to Your Racing Skills

The Yamaha FZ8 is also known FZ8 N, where N stands for 'Naked' motorcycle. The Yamaha Motor Corporation has launched this motorcycle in the year 2010. Yamaha motorcycles fully loaded with new aggressive looks 'ready to pounce' stance in the two-wheeler market. The Yamaha Motors is known to manufacture Sports & racing motorcycle in the automobile market. The FZ8 is a high performance bike in terms of its engine and chassis characteristics.

Engine Specification


Yamaha FZ8 specified by 779cc engine displacement, liquid cooled system, with 16valves, in line 4 cylinders to catch the high-speed in few second. It will touch, 0 to 100 KMPH in just 5.8 seconds .The engine generates maximum power for high pick up over the racing tracks. The Constant Mesh, 6-speed gearbox for the power transmission that gives smoother performance and longer life. The ratio of bore & stroke shows a short stroke engine with lower friction losses. It uses electronic Fuel Injection technology, which helps to give a fuel economy ride. The Spark coil system, which transforms the battery low voltage to high volts needed to generate an electric spark in the engine.

Motorcycle Safety and Design Facility:-


In the safety instrument, it includes digital fuel gauge, digital tachometer, digital trip meter and a digital speedometer. The dual disc braking system added in the motorcycle rear and front tyre, at the drive time to clog the motorcycle speed.  Tubeless and wide tire give great comfort and smooth ride at the rugged and highway road. The motorcycle headlight endows the clear visibility in the dark night. For comfort and convenience it has a more reflexive seat at 32.1inch height.



The attractive mass-forward design helps to centralize for enhanced handling for more comfort along with great sitting posture, with its slim fuel tank and carefully positioned footrests. Suspension is upside down telescopic fork with 43mm inner tube at front and linked mono-shock with spring preload adjustment at rear.
