Sport bikes affectionate also wants to own a fast machine as possible as soon. The Italian marque, Benelli has launched a street-fighter bike, Benelli TNT 300 in country with the collaboration of its India arms, DSK group in March, 2015. Now the German motorcycle manufacturer, BMW Motorrad is going to launch its street-fighter roadster TVS-BMW G310R with collaboration of TVS Motors to battle with Benelli TNT 300. Design and Style

Being a street-fighter, TVS BMW G310R comes with new design and attractive graphics that give a stunning look to the bike. Its aggressive styling captures the attention of the enthusiasts. It is blessed a muscular fuel tank with enough knee recess that gives invasive look. The motorcycle is developed on the tubular street frame that offer perfect stability power. The other features are upside down suspensions and long swinging arm that are responsible for a high degree of ride stability. Other features that is used in the bike including 12V charging socket, heated grips, LED indicators and a lot more. The motorcycle weighs of 158.5 kg.

The new street fighter TVS BMW G310R gets a new digital instrument panel that carries a host of information including speedometer, tachometer, odometer, gear-engaged, engine temperature, fuel-level, range remaining, average fuel consumption and average speed.

The Motorcycle comes with optional seats and extra padding to seat therefore it is more comfortable for taller riders. The single and stepped seats offers a dynamic ridding position to the rider. The rear set foot-pegs and taller handlebars give perfect riding position to the rider.

The German bike maker offers a 300cc bike, named TVS-BMW G310R that is powered by 313cc, 4-valve, liquid cooled single cylinder engine which makes out 34 BHP of maximum power at 9500 RPM and 28 NM of maximum torque at 7500 RPM. The motor is coupled to the six speed transmissions.

Whereas, Benelli TNT 300 comes with 300cc and liquid-cooled motor. The twin cylinder makes a peak power of 35 BHP at 10,000 RPM and a maximum torque of 35 Nm at 10,000 RPM. The total power transfers via a six gearbox to the rear wheel.

Safety Equipment

The BMW Motorrad develops their products with several safety features including brakes, suspensions, headlights/taillights and blinkers. The new motorcycle also comes with these safety points. The braking duties are managed by a 300mm single disc brake with radially bolted 4-piston fixed caliper at front side and 240mm unit with 2-piston floating caliper at the rear. Moreover, the motorcycle give a dynamic balancing power as it is featured with upside down fork at rear side and telescopic Forks at front side. LED blinkers helps to safe turn on the road and headlight offers a clear visibility on the road in night riding.

On the other hand, The DSK Benelli TNT 300 also gets many safety equipment such as brakes, suspensions, blinker and headlights/taillights. The motorcycle is acquired with 260mm twin disc brake at front and 240mm single disc brake at rear end. The sports bike is available in ABS option. The vehicle is blessed 41mm upside down forks, 115mm stroke at front side and adjustable preloaded suspensions with 120mm stroke at rear end. The V-shaped compact headlamp offers a clear visibility on the road in night.

Price and Colors:


The G310R will available in tree shades including Cosmic Black/Polar White Non-Metallic, Strato Blue Metallic and Pearl White Metallic. The price of the bike is not fixed yet. But the roadster will be sold at an expected price tag of 2 lakh.

The Benelli has launched its product, Benelli TNT 300 at a price tag of INR 2.83 lakh (Ex-showroom, Delhi). The motorcycle is available in the market in three paint scheme as Black, Red and White.
