The bike gets 5-speed transmission. Whereas the TVS Apache 160 Matt Blue receives the power from a 159.7cc, 4-stroke, single cylinder with BS IV motor which produces 15.2 BHP maximum power and 13.1 Nm torque at 4000 RPM. The motorcycle transfers power via the 5-speed gearbox to the rear wheels. The both motorcycles use self and kick starter system for user help.

In terms of safety features, both motorcycles are incorporated with high safety features such as brakes, suspension, headlight and taillight. The stander variant of the Honda CB Hornet 160R’s price is RS 82,095 and the CBS trim is priced at 86,595 (both ex-showroom, Delhi). The TVS Apache Matt Blue 160’s price is 76,489 (Ex-showroom Delhi).

CB Hornet is available in four shades Striking Green, Mars Orange, Athletic Blue Metallic and Sports Red. But the TVS Apache is only single color that is Matt Blue. The mileage of the Hornet is 60KMPL and the Apache RTR gives a decent mileage of 55KMPL.
